Processing Time

All items are custom printed and made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.

 

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped with the following estimated delivery times:

United States:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders:
Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days (varies by location and customs)

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by high-volume seasons, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

 

Shipping Locations

We offer worldwide shipping. Availability and delivery times may vary based on your location and the print provider used.

 

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on which print provider is fulfilling each item. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to activate.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. SaltyShroom is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the following time frames:

• 15 business days (within the U.S.)

• 30 business days (international orders)
