Saltyshroom refund and return policy

All Sales Are Final

Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, size exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping details before placing your order.

Effective Date: June 8th, 2025

At SaltyShroom, we want you to love your gear. Each item is custom made just for you, which means all sales are final. However, we will gladly offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error — in accordance with our print partner Printify’s policies.

Refunds & Replacements Are Available If:

Your item arrives damaged

Your item has a printing issue or manufacturing defect

You received the wrong item or size due to a fulfillment error

If any of the above applies, please email us within 30 days of delivery with the following: A clear photo of the item and issue, your order number and A brief description of the problem
